If you were to get on the parkway in Asheville and travel north, you will eventually get to an area known as Graveyard Fields. There are two trails leading to the upper and lower falls. The ride up there is stunning, and the fall is the best time to visit, mid-late october as everthing is changing colors. It is breath taking when the colors are at there peak.
